Photo of the Day - Summer Training

Congratulations to our Division 1 NCSL teams

Congratulations to the U12 United coached by Roy Dunshee and Jim Bernlohr for earning a Division 1 placement for this upcoming fall.  Also, congratulations to the U16 United coached by Matt Brady and Eddie Hegewisch for retaining their Division 1 slot for this upcoming fall.  Great job by the coaches and wonderful news for the boys.  Way to represent the club.

United in Regional Nationals (final update)

United fell short in it's four month run to the national championship this past week in Orlando, Florida.  The boys were unable to achieve their goal but gained invaluable experiences and lifetime memories.  More importantly for the club, parents, and boys themselves, they were recognized by US Youth Soccer with the Fair Play and Sportsmanship Award for their efforts in Maryland, New Hampshire, and the Final Four in Florida.

United ran into a very talented Nevada team and suffered a loss.  On the positive side, the effort remained strong until the final whistle.

United tied 2-2 in first game of national championships.   Playing a physical Ohio team that took a quick 2-0 lead.   United fought back and tied it in second half.  Winning goal was disallowed due to offsides.   Gritty performance.
